"TEAM EXTREME" RAFTING TRIPS FOR ENTHUSIASTS : UPPER GAULEY RIVER

Not every river trip is created equal and not everyone who rafts wants a conventional commercial rafting trip format. Rivermen’s “Team Extreme” trips were designed for adrenaline junkies who want to push the limits of rafting by using a smaller boat and crew on our toughest runs.

Team Extreme is pure adrenaline from start to finish with expert guides, smaller boats, and the most aggressive lines on the Upper Gauley River. It requires intense participation and an advanced rescue clinic prior to your trip. You decide if you can handle it!

Team Extreme trips are available in small 14' rafts with 6 paddlers (R6), or smaller 12' rafts with 4 paddlers (R4).

Let me tell why I think our trip was as good as it was: our guide, Maggie. If there's anyone I would trust with my life, it's her. She was thorough, knowledgeable, patient and totally involved in us having a good time. She didn't babysit us, but explained what we would have to do to stay in the boat and get the most out of the ride. And she had a sense of humor too! We'll be back, not just because of the river, but because your company really knows how to treat people well.
