Your mission, should you choose to accept it, is to raft all 26 miles of white water of the Gauley River in a single day. That's over 100 rapids in all on a rafting run considered the most challenging in West Virginia! Think you can handle it? If so, drop that chocolate bar and get in shape! This trip is not recommended for anyone with a heart condition, or who is overweight, underweight, or with a tendency to whine. Run the Gauley River Ironman Gauntlet if you dare!
