The New River Gorge Adventure Center’s rustic Ranch Rooms offer alternative "indoor camping" if you are a little squeamish about sleeping in the great outdoors or just prefer a real roof and floor over and under your sleeping bag! All ranch rooms sleep up to 6 in comfortable bunk beds. This affordable lodging option was built with convenience and economy in mind and while these rooms do have heat, they are not air conditioned. Please bring a sleeping bag, pillow, and towel.

The only thing I asked for this year for my birthday was to go white water rafting in West VA, and boy did I get my wish! Our group had Tashia as our guide, and she could not have been any better, so much fun and always gave us the best directions. We totally fell in love with her and the other guides, and had the best time ever. I put whitewater rafting in WV on my list as one of the top five things to do in your lifetime.
