Combine the thrill of rafting on the Upper Gauley River with five more miles of whitewater excitement, throw in a swimmers’ rapid, jump rock and scenic wilderness for the total of 65 white water rapids in all and you have the Upper/Middle Gauley.
After the world-class drops on the Upper Gauley, the Middle Gauley section will take the edge off while still holding your attention with action, scenery and excitement. A delicious Deli-style lunch is served riverside.
*2011 Season runs Friday-Monday, September 9th-October 16th. Keep in mind that October 15th is West Virginia's famous Bridge Day. We will also be running the Lower New River on that day.
