New River whitewater rafting in the Fall offers a unique perspective for experiencing a large volume river at a calmer level. Water levels are usually lower in Fall season than in the spring and summer time and our Fall New River rafting trips allow you to have the river to yourself and have a trip tailored more specifically to your groups’ needs. This late season whitewater rafting trip on the New River also offers beautiful foliage toward late September. We run these New River trips during the middle of the week.
Rafting the Lower New River is like being on a different river with each water level.

From the time you guys answered the phone, planning the trip weeks before, to when we left Saturday night after the corn hole tournement late, and everything in between it was awesome. Troy started off the day making everyone relaxed and Brandon our guide made the day amazing. Thanks for making Melody and my experience one to remember. Look forward to the next time and telling better jokes as we cruise down the river. Paddle faster, I hear the banjo music. Thanks again..John
