This Upper New River trip takes you through exceptionally scenic canyons on relatively calm water with a few easy rapids and plenty of places for playing or just hanging out. We'll select the best section available, depending on the water level and other factors. This is the best family vacation for families with adventurous young ones.

It's so much fun to paddle your own inflatable duckie*. Your trip will include a single or double duckie for each person (or pair) in your group.

Or plan to spend the evening on the river with an Upper New River Overnighter for an all inclusive family vacation.

*What Is A Duckie?

"Duckies" are inflatable, one or two--man crafts shaped somewhat like kayaks. Our ducks are self-bailing, which means water that splashes in will drain out. They are stable, easy to maneuver, and most of all, a blast! You'll get to experience a more personal whitewater rafting challenge and have the experience of a lifetime.

From the time you guys answered the phone, planning the trip weeks before, to when we left Saturday night after the corn hole tournement late, and everything in between it was awesome.
