New River Gorge, West Virginia Whitewater Rafting on the Upper and Lower New River, Plus Lodging and Dining
Enjoy 2 fun filled days of white water rafting in the New River Gorge. This getaway lets you do it all and allows you to experience what it’s like to raft the entire commercially boat-able New River. Add 2 hot country breakfast buffets and 2 riverside lunches with 2 nights of the lodging of your choice and this rafting package gives you everything you need to make your West Virginia weekend float by!
The first day starts off with relatively mild paddling on the Upper New River where you’ll experience the beauty and wonder of the Gorge on smaller Class II-III rapids. This section provides the perfect opportunity to paddle whitewater in a duckie, an inflatable 1 or 2-person kayak. You'll graduate to the Lower New River on the second day for a more intense whitewater rafting experience on Class III-IV rapids.
Prices are per person and do not include tax and fees. Prices vary by day of the week and number in party.

Whatever you like! If you’d prefer to camp under the stars, we have that available in two campgrounds—one more suited to families and one with more liberal quiet hours. If you like the idea of camping, but you don’t have the equipment for it, we have everything from platform tents to primitive bunk houses with nothing more than walls, a roof and electricity. We’ve got Mountain Cabins, too, which are a step up. They have private bathrooms, heat, AC and efficiency kitchenettes. Outback cabins are a little more swanky and have more amenities, and Deluxe Cabins—with 2, 3 or 4 bedrooms are even better with amenities such as wi-fi and hot tubs. Still not sufficient? Check out any of our luxury vacation homes, such as Paddle House, which sleeps up to 12 in high style and sits literally on the rim of the New River Gorge.
